【摘要】：汽車變速箱的結合齒精密鍛造成形工藝是汽車零部件的一種新型制造工藝。為了解決熱鍛預成形時鍛件定位凹槽對齒形充填及金屬折疊的影響,應用數(shù)值模擬軟件對結合齒精密鍛造的預鍛件成形工藝進行模擬研究。通過優(yōu)化預鍛工序模具的關鍵參數(shù)來降低終鍛工序的載荷,使終鍛工序載荷由28546 k N降到21883 k N。并進行了結合齒的熱鍛成形試驗,試驗結果表明,優(yōu)化工藝參數(shù)后改善了結合齒鍛件的充填質量并避免了折疊缺陷,試驗結果與模擬結果相吻合,證明了該新工藝在實際應用中的可行性。
[Abstract]:The precision forging process of the combined teeth of automobile gearbox is a new manufacturing technology of automobile parts. In order to solve the influence of forging position groove on tooth shape filling and metal folding during hot forging preforming, numerical simulation software was used to simulate the forming process of preforgings combined with precision forging of teeth. By optimizing the key parameters of the die in the preforging process, the load of the final forging process is reduced from 28546 KN to 21883 KN. The results show that the filling quality is improved and the folding defect is avoided after optimizing the process parameters. The experimental results are in agreement with the simulation results. The feasibility of the new process in practical application is proved.
