TC1鈦合金的腐蝕加工及其對(duì)基體性能影響

【摘要】:探討了TC1鈦合金腐蝕加工速度和質(zhì)量的影響因素,測(cè)試了腐蝕加工后TC1鈦合金的力學(xué)性能。氫氟酸濃度增加,加工速度提高;硝酸濃度較低時(shí),腐蝕溶解占主導(dǎo)地位,濃度較高時(shí),鈍化起主要作用,當(dāng)硝酸與氫氟酸的體積比為2時(shí)加工速度達(dá)到最大值;鈦合金腐蝕加工速率與溫度基本呈線性關(guān)系,加工時(shí)溫度控制范圍為28~30℃。復(fù)配添加劑可降低界面張力,它們的協(xié)同效應(yīng)能夠提高過渡區(qū)圓角質(zhì)量、表面光亮度和腐蝕均勻性。腐蝕加工對(duì)TC1鈦合金拉伸性能影響較小。腐蝕加工后的疲勞性能優(yōu)于機(jī)械加工后的疲勞性能,其疲勞裂紋起源于加工面R圓角根部區(qū)域。
