數(shù)控機(jī)床進(jìn)給系統(tǒng)靜動(dòng)熱特性分析知識庫的設(shè)計(jì)與開發(fā)

【摘要】:隨著信息化技術(shù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)化技術(shù)在全球范圍內(nèi)的迅猛發(fā)展,機(jī)床行業(yè)正在經(jīng)歷著革命性的變革,數(shù)字化設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)是推進(jìn)機(jī)床行業(yè)變革的動(dòng)力,而知識庫是數(shù)字化設(shè)計(jì)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)之一。數(shù)控機(jī)床進(jìn)給系統(tǒng)靜動(dòng)熱特性分析知識庫旨在從機(jī)床數(shù)字化設(shè)計(jì)角度出發(fā),幫助設(shè)計(jì)分析人員更好更快的完成靜動(dòng)熱特性分析。深入開展該領(lǐng)域的研究工作并取得突破性進(jìn)展,對帶動(dòng)整個(gè)高檔數(shù)控機(jī)床行業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)升級以及推動(dòng)我國制造業(yè)的發(fā)展和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展具有重要的意義。本文在分析國內(nèi)外機(jī)床行業(yè)靜動(dòng)熱特性分析知識管理現(xiàn)狀及實(shí)地調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)行了數(shù)控機(jī)床進(jìn)給系統(tǒng)靜動(dòng)熱特性分析知識庫的總體設(shè)計(jì),首先進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的功能需求分析和性能需求分析,接著進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),包括系統(tǒng)的體系結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、功能結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)流圖分析,然后進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)所需要的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究,包括進(jìn)給系統(tǒng)靜動(dòng)熱特性分析知識構(gòu)成及分類模型的研究、知識表示和知識獲取方法研究和知識推理方法研究:在研究進(jìn)給系統(tǒng)靜動(dòng)熱特性分析知識特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,建立了靜動(dòng)熱特性分析的知識分類模型;通過比較常用的知識表示方法和知識獲取方法,并結(jié)合靜動(dòng)熱特性分析知識分類模型,提出了適合本知識庫系統(tǒng)的知識表示方法和知識獲取方法;考慮到進(jìn)給系統(tǒng)靜動(dòng)熱特性分析知識的特點(diǎn),本文采用的知識推理方法為基于實(shí)例推理和基于規(guī)則推理相結(jié)合的推理方法,在研究其推理算法過程的基礎(chǔ)上,給出了實(shí)例推理和規(guī)則推理在本知識庫系統(tǒng)中的實(shí)例研究應(yīng)用情況。最后,在研究關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合系統(tǒng)的需求分析和結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),本文采用面向?qū)ο笳Z言C#并結(jié)合SQL數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù),設(shè)計(jì)并開發(fā)了數(shù)控機(jī)床進(jìn)給系統(tǒng)靜動(dòng)熱特性分析知識庫,并給出了系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行實(shí)例。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology and network technology in the global scope, the machine tool industry is undergoing a revolutionary change, digital design technology is the driving force to promote the transformation of the machine tool industry. Knowledge base is one of the key technologies in digital design. Analysis of static and dynamic Thermal characteristics of CNC Machine tool feeding system the knowledge base aims at helping design analysts to complete the analysis of static and dynamic heat characteristics better and faster from the point of view of digital design of machine tools. It is of great significance to carry out the research work in this field and to make a breakthrough in promoting the upgrading of the industry of the whole high-grade CNC machine tool industry and the development of the manufacturing industry and the economic development of our country. On the basis of analyzing the present situation of knowledge management and field investigation of static and dynamic heat characteristics analysis in the machine tool industry at home and abroad, this paper has carried out the overall design of the knowledge base for static and dynamic heat characteristic analysis of NC machine tool feed system. Firstly, the function requirement analysis and performance requirement analysis of the system are carried out, and then the system structure design, including the system architecture design, the function structure design and the system data flow diagram analysis, are carried out. Then, the key technologies needed to realize the system are studied, including the research on the knowledge structure and classification model of the static and dynamic thermal characteristics analysis of the feed system. Research on knowledge representation and knowledge acquisition method and knowledge reasoning method: on the basis of studying the characteristics of static and dynamic heat characteristics analysis of feed system, a knowledge classification model of static and dynamic heat characteristic analysis is established. By comparing the common knowledge representation methods and knowledge acquisition methods, and combining the static and dynamic thermal characteristics analysis knowledge classification model, the knowledge representation and knowledge acquisition methods suitable for this knowledge base system are put forward. Considering the characteristics of static and dynamic heat characteristic analysis knowledge of feed system, the knowledge reasoning method used in this paper is the combination of case-based reasoning and rule-based reasoning, based on the research of its reasoning algorithm process. The case study and application of case-based reasoning and rule-based reasoning in this knowledge base system are presented. Finally, on the basis of the research of key technology, combined with the requirement analysis and structure design of the system, this paper designs and develops the knowledge base of static and dynamic heat characteristic analysis of NC machine tool feed system by using object-oriented language C # and SQL database technology. A running example of the system is given.
