熱處理對(duì)TB2合金力學(xué)性能的影響

【摘要】:研究了不同熱處理制度對(duì)TB2鈦合金板材的顯微組織及力學(xué)性能的影響,探究能夠達(dá)到合金強(qiáng)度及塑性綜合匹配較好的熱處理制度。結(jié)果表明:雙時(shí)效處理后合金晶粒粗大,次生相細(xì)小,彌散分布在晶內(nèi)及晶界處;固溶時(shí)效處理后合金晶粒細(xì)小,晶內(nèi)彌散分布著大量縱橫交錯(cuò)的針狀次生相。室溫拉伸結(jié)果表明,雙時(shí)效處理后合金的強(qiáng)度較高,塑性較差,且隨時(shí)效溫度的降低,合金強(qiáng)度提高,塑性降低。固溶時(shí)效處理后具有較好的強(qiáng)度與塑性匹配,其中以750℃固溶+510℃時(shí)效處理為最優(yōu)熱處理制度。最優(yōu)條件下,強(qiáng)度達(dá)到1125 MPa,伸長(zhǎng)率達(dá)到15%。雙時(shí)效處理后室溫拉伸斷口呈撕裂狀脆性斷口,固溶時(shí)效處理后斷口呈韌窩狀。
[Abstract]:The effects of different heat treatment systems on the microstructure and mechanical properties of TB2 titanium alloy sheet were studied. The results show that the grain size of the alloy after double aging treatment is coarse, the secondary phase is fine, and the dispersion is distributed in the intergranular and grain boundaries, while after the solution aging treatment, the alloy grain is fine, and a large number of interlaced needle-like secondary phases are distributed in the crystal. The tensile results at room temperature show that the strength and plasticity of the alloy after double aging treatment are higher and worse, and the strength and plasticity of the alloy increase with the decrease of the temperature at any time.
