環(huán)保型不銹鋼著色新工藝及著色膜的性能

【摘要】:為了尋找一種環(huán)保、低溫不銹鋼著色新工藝,以鉬酸銨為主著色鹽,添加多種不同添加劑對不銹鋼進行著色,通過正交試驗優(yōu)選著色工藝。通過控制著色時間,得到了金黃色、深紅色、綠色、深綠色、黑色等多種色彩的著色膜。采用X射線能譜儀(EDAX)和掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)等分析了著色膜的表面形貌和元素組成;通過電化學(xué)測試方法和機械摩擦法研究了著色膜的耐腐蝕性和耐磨性,并分析其機理。結(jié)果表明:著色膜致密、色澤光亮、鮮艷,主要成分為Mo O2,不銹鋼著色后耐腐蝕性及耐磨性大幅提高;本工藝穩(wěn)定、常溫可操作,具有很好的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:In order to find a new process for coloring stainless steel at low temperature and environmental protection, ammonium molybdate was used as the main coloring salt, various additives were added to coloring the stainless steel, and the coloring process was optimized by orthogonal test. By controlling the coloring time, the coloring films of gold, deep red, green, dark green, black and so on are obtained. The surface morphology and elemental composition of the colored film were analyzed by X-ray energy spectrometer (EDAX) and scanning electron microscope (SEM), the corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the colored film were studied by electrochemical measurement and mechanical friction, and its mechanism was analyzed. The results show that the coloring film is compact, bright and bright, and the main component is Mo O _ 2. The corrosion resistance and wear resistance of stainless steel are greatly improved after coloring, and the process is stable and operable at room temperature, which has a good prospect of application.
