小直徑開縫襯套雙軸柔性滾彎成形的三維有限元分析

【摘要】:基于雙軸柔性滾彎技術(shù)原理,建立了采用0Cr15Ni7Mo2Al材料制備小直徑開縫襯套過程的三維有限元模型,以指導(dǎo)實際小直徑開縫襯套的制備。利用該模型分析了襯套應(yīng)力應(yīng)變分布、剛性軸受力變形情況、襯套成形曲率半徑與剛性軸直徑的關(guān)系及襯套成形曲率半徑與帶材尺寸的關(guān)系,并用滾彎試驗驗證了該模型的準確性。結(jié)果說明:帶材滾彎變形隨著進給量的增加而更均勻;剛性軸受力隨其直徑的減小而減小,剛性軸變形程度隨其直徑的減小而增大;襯套成形曲率半徑隨著剛性軸直徑的增大而增大;襯套成形曲率半徑隨著帶材寬度和厚度的增大而增大。
[Abstract]:Based on the principle of biaxial flexible roll bending, a three-dimensional finite element model for the preparation of small diameter slit bushing with 0Cr15Ni7Mo2Al material was established to guide the preparation of practical small diameter slit bushing. By using this model, the stress and strain distribution of the bushing, the stress and deformation of the rigid shaft, the relationship between the forming curvature radius of the bushing and the diameter of the rigid shaft, and the relationship between the forming curvature radius of the bushing and the size of the strip are analyzed. The accuracy of the model is verified by rolling bending test. The results show that the rolling bending deformation of the strip is more uniform with the increase of the feed rate, the force of the rigid axis decreases with the decrease of its diameter, and the degree of deformation of the rigid axis increases with the decrease of its diameter. The forming curvature radius of the bushing increases with the increase of the diameter of the rigid shaft, and the radius of the forming curvature increases with the increase of the width and thickness of the strip.
