脈沖旁路耦合電弧惰性氣體保護(hù)焊過(guò)程控制

【摘要】:脈沖旁路耦合電弧惰性氣體保護(hù)焊是一種新型的低熱輸入焊接方法.針對(duì)該方法焊接過(guò)程中耦合電弧穩(wěn)定性較差的問(wèn)題,提出通過(guò)改變送絲速度調(diào)節(jié)主路弧長(zhǎng)控制耦合電弧穩(wěn)定性的控制方案并進(jìn)行了仿真分析,同時(shí)采用快速原型技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)了焊接過(guò)程控制系統(tǒng)并進(jìn)行焊接實(shí)驗(yàn).結(jié)果表明:模擬仿真結(jié)果證明提出的控制方案可以保證脈沖旁路耦合電弧惰性氣體保護(hù)焊接過(guò)程的穩(wěn)定性;通過(guò)焊接實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了仿真結(jié)果,同時(shí)獲得了穩(wěn)定的焊接過(guò)程與成形良好的焊縫.
[Abstract]:Pulsed Bypass coupled arc inert gas welding is a new low heat input welding method. In view of the poor stability of coupling arc in the welding process of this method, the control scheme of controlling the stability of coupling arc by changing the wire feeding speed and adjusting the main arc length is put forward, and the simulation analysis is carried out. At the same time, the rapid prototyping technology is used to design the welding process control system and carry out welding experiments. The simulation results show that the proposed control scheme can guarantee the stability of the pulsed by-pass arc inert gas shielded welding process, and the simulation results are verified by welding experiments. At the same time, stable welding process and well-formed weld are obtained.
