2A14鋁合金光纖激光填絲焊熱裂紋敏感性研究

【摘要】:采用魚骨狀裂紋試驗方法,研究了2A14鋁合金光纖激光填絲焊接熱裂紋敏感性,觀察并分析了裂紋斷口的形貌特征,為防止2A14鋁合金光纖激光填絲焊接中熱裂紋的產(chǎn)生提供了理論依據(jù)。研究結(jié)果表明,在2A14鋁合金光纖激光填絲焊接中的熱裂紋為結(jié)晶裂紋。在不同焊接速度時,熱裂紋的產(chǎn)生均存在一個明顯的激光功率閾值。激光功率低于閾值時,熱裂紋傾向明顯;激光功率達到或高于閾值時,熱裂紋傾向得到抑制,基本不產(chǎn)生熱裂紋。
[Abstract]:The sensitivity of 2A14 aluminum alloy fiber laser filled wire welding to hot crack was studied by using fishbone crack test method. The morphology of crack fracture was observed and analyzed. It provides a theoretical basis for preventing hot cracks in 2A14 aluminum alloy fiber laser filamentary welding. The results show that the hot crack in 2A14 aluminum alloy fiber laser filled wire welding is crystalline crack. At different welding speeds, there is an obvious laser power threshold for the generation of hot cracks. When the laser power is lower than the threshold, the hot crack tendency is obvious, and when the laser power reaches or exceeds the threshold, the hot crack tendency is restrained, and the thermal crack is not produced.
