表面處理工藝對(duì)TB8鈦合金與復(fù)合材料膠接性能的影響

【摘要】:為了研究不同表面處理工藝對(duì)TB8鈦合金與復(fù)合材料膠接性能的影響,采用激光毛化、Na OH陽(yáng)極氧化兩種表面處理工藝在不同參數(shù)下對(duì)TB8鈦合金進(jìn)行表面處理,并分析其表面形貌;然后將表面處理后的TB8鈦合金試樣與復(fù)合材料膠接,采用90°剝離試驗(yàn)進(jìn)行剝離強(qiáng)度對(duì)比研究。結(jié)果表明:激光毛化和Na OH陽(yáng)極氧化均可提高TB8鈦合金與復(fù)合材料的膠接剝離強(qiáng)度;經(jīng)過60A-1ms-3Hz-270mm/min激光毛化后TB8鈦合金與復(fù)合材料的膠接剝離強(qiáng)度最高達(dá)到4.20N/cm;經(jīng)過10V-20min Na OH陽(yáng)極氧化后TB8鈦合金與復(fù)合材料的膠接剝離強(qiáng)度最高達(dá)到5.99 N/cm。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of different surface treatment processes on the adhesive properties of TB8 titanium alloy and composite material, the surface of TB8 titanium alloy was treated by laser piling, Na OH anodizing process under different parameters, and its surface morphology was analyzed. Then the surface treated TB8 titanium alloy sample was bonded with the composite material, and the peeling strength was studied by 90 擄peeling test. The results show that the bonding peeling strength of TB8 titanium alloy and composites can be improved by laser piling and Na OH anodic oxidation. The highest adhesion peeling strength of TB8 titanium alloy and composite is 4.20 N / cm after 60A-1ms-3Hz-270mm/min laser, and 5.99 N / cm after 10V-20min Na OH anodization.
