模具間隙對(duì)熱成型的影響及其優(yōu)化方法

【摘要】:隨著汽車(chē)行業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展,人們對(duì)汽車(chē)輕量化和碰撞安全性的要求越來(lái)越高,熱成型技術(shù)在汽車(chē)車(chē)身零部件的制造中得到了廣泛應(yīng)用,熱成型技術(shù)的研究也越來(lái)越被廣大學(xué)者所重視。本文通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)和仿真相結(jié)合的方法,研究了模具間隙對(duì)熱成型溫度分布和成型件力學(xué)性能的影響,主要完成了以下工作:1提出了一種沖壓模模具閉合間隙的監(jiān)測(cè)方法,不僅為研究模具間隙對(duì)熱成型的影響提供了可靠的測(cè)量依據(jù),還可應(yīng)用于模具調(diào)試及沖壓質(zhì)量的監(jiān)測(cè)。首先對(duì)電渦流位移傳感器進(jìn)行標(biāo)定,獲取了傳感器的有效測(cè)量區(qū)間。再設(shè)計(jì)一套模具間隙測(cè)量實(shí)驗(yàn),通過(guò)對(duì)稱(chēng)板與非對(duì)稱(chēng)板的沖壓間隙監(jiān)測(cè),討論了該方法的可靠性。2通過(guò)調(diào)整凸、凹模模具間隙,做了不同間隙下U型件的熱成型實(shí)驗(yàn),并做了相應(yīng)條件下的熱成型仿真,研究了模具間隙對(duì)熱成型板料溫度分布及試件相關(guān)力學(xué)性能的影響。完成了0.9t、1.0t、1.1t和1.2t(t為板料厚度)四種模具間隙下的熱成型實(shí)驗(yàn)及仿真工作,得到了相應(yīng)的溫度分布曲線,對(duì)比了四種條件下成型件的力學(xué)性能。3研究了模具不均勻間隙產(chǎn)生的原因,從模具設(shè)計(jì)角度入手,提出了一種基于有限元分析的拉延模壓力中心的確定方法。闡述了新的壓力中心確定方法的原理,通過(guò)某型汽車(chē)B柱對(duì)新方法進(jìn)行了具體說(shuō)明,發(fā)現(xiàn)壓力中心與模具幾何中心存在一定的差異。同時(shí)討論了模具在垂直方向上偏轉(zhuǎn)力矩對(duì)沖壓力的影響。本文所研究的模具間隙對(duì)熱成型的影響,對(duì)今后熱成型研究有一定的借鑒意義。文中所提出的兩種新方法,對(duì)熱成型乃至整個(gè)沖壓行業(yè)都具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of automobile industry, people are demanding more and more light weight and collision safety. The hot forming technology has been widely used in the manufacture of automobile body parts. The research of thermoforming technology has been paid more and more attention by many scholars. In this paper, the influence of die clearance on the temperature distribution of hot forming and mechanical properties of forming parts is studied by means of experiment and simulation. The main work is as follows: 1. A monitoring method for closing clearance of stamping die is proposed. It not only provides a reliable measurement basis for studying the influence of die clearance on hot forming, but also can be used in die debugging and stamping quality monitoring. Firstly, the eddy current displacement sensor is calibrated, and the effective measurement interval is obtained. A set of die clearance measurement experiments are designed. The reliability of the method is discussed by monitoring the punching gap between symmetric plate and asymmetric plate. 2 by adjusting the die clearance of convex and concave die, the hot forming experiments of U-shaped parts with different gaps are done. The influence of die clearance on the temperature distribution of hot forming sheet and the mechanical properties of the specimen was studied. The thermal forming experiment and simulation work under four kinds of die clearance of 0.9t ~ 1.0t ~ 1.0t and 1.2t (t = sheet thickness) were completed, the corresponding temperature distribution curves were obtained, and the mechanical properties of the molded parts under four conditions were compared. 3 the causes of the non-uniform gap of the die were studied. From the angle of die design, a method of determining the pressure center of drawing die based on finite element analysis is put forward. This paper expounds the principle of the new method of determining the pressure center, and explains the new method by means of a certain type of automobile B column. It is found that there is a certain difference between the pressure center and the geometric center of the die. At the same time, the influence of the deflection moment on the pressure of the die is discussed. The influence of die clearance on thermal forming is useful for future research. The two new methods proposed in this paper have certain guiding significance for hot forming and even the whole stamping industry.
