表面織構(gòu)對(duì)刀具切削性能及前刀面摩擦特性的影響
[Abstract]:Metal cutting is one of the basic methods of machining mechanical parts and plays an important role in mechanical manufacturing. In recent years, with the development of "green manufacturing", how to improve the cutting performance of cutting tools and improve the quality of workpiece surface has become a hot topic for researchers at home and abroad. In this paper, the surface texture is introduced into the cutting tool surface, and the design and manufacture of the texture cutter are carried out, and the effect of surface texture on the cutting performance of the cutting tool is studied. The influence of machining quality on the workpiece surface and the correlation between the parameters of 3D morphology characterization and the cutting performance of textured cutting tools. Two groups of texture cutters with micropits array were obtained by using YLP-F10 fiber laser marking machine on the front of the YT15 tool. The diameter and depth of the micropits were controlled by controlling the diameter and depth of the micropits. The area occupation ratio and other parameters make the arithmetic mean value of surface height of each group of texture tools Sa the same. The texture surface was measured by Talysurf CCI Lite contact 3D optical profilometer, the surface was characterized by ISO25178 parameters, the change of wettability of tool surface was measured by SL200KS contact angle measuring instrument. After that, the experiment of 4 steel cutting was carried out on the CA6140 lathe equipped with Kistler9257B three-way dynamometer. By changing the cutting speed and feed quantity, the cutting force of different textures, the friction characteristics of the front tool face, the surface roughness of the workpiece were studied. The influence of chip deformation and different cutting parameters on cutting performance of texture cutting tools. The results show that reasonable surface texture can improve the cutting performance of the cutting tool, that the cutting fluid spreads rapidly on the front tool surface to obtain better cutting performance, and that the effect of the texture surface on the cutting parameters is different. The synergy of pit diameter, depth and area occupancy is very important to improve the cutting performance of cutting tools. In order to coordinate these three texture parameters, we can further study the relationship between the three-dimensional characterization parameter Sku,Ssk,Vvv,Vvc,Sdv,Sda,Spd and the cutting performance of the tool. It provides the foundation for tool surface design.
