高電導(dǎo)率Mg-Al-Sr耐熱鎂合金的研究

【摘要】:采用普通鑄造法制備了Mg-3Al-x Sr(x=0.1~0.9,質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù),%)系列合金。利用金相顯微鏡、XRD、SEM、電導(dǎo)率測量儀和顯微硬度儀等手段對(duì)該系列合金的金相組織、顯微結(jié)構(gòu)、電導(dǎo)率及維氏顯微硬度等性能進(jìn)行了測試。結(jié)果表明,在Mg-3Al合金中添加少量Sr元素(0.1%)會(huì)生成Al4Sr相,而繼續(xù)增加Sr后(0.1%)合金中開始出現(xiàn)Mg-Al-Sr相(τ相),Mg-Al-Sr鑄態(tài)合金的電導(dǎo)率因此隨著Sr含量的增加而不斷提高;經(jīng)高溫?zé)崽幚砗?400℃),熱處理態(tài)Mg-Al-Sr合金的電導(dǎo)率均隨著熱處理時(shí)間的延長而不斷增加,這主要是由τ相逐漸分解并轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)锳l4Sr相引起的;添加少量的Sr(0.1%)會(huì)降低Mg-3Al合金的顯微硬度,而隨著Sr元素的繼續(xù)添加(0.1%),合金的顯微硬度先增大后減小,并在Sr含量達(dá)到0.6%時(shí)達(dá)到峰值;此外,高溫?zé)崽幚頃?huì)降低Mg-Al-Sr鑄態(tài)合金的顯微硬度。
[Abstract]:Mg-3Al-x Sr (x _ (0.1) O _ (0.9), mass fraction,%) series of alloys were prepared by ordinary casting method. The metallographic structure, microstructure, conductivity and Vickers microhardness of the alloy were measured by metallographic microscope, XRD,SEM, conductivity tester and microhardness tester. The results show that a small amount of Sr (0.1%) is added to Mg-3Al alloy to form Al4Sr phase, but Mg-Al-Sr phase (蟿 phase) begins to appear after increasing Sr (0.1%).
