基于“作業(yè)—資源流圖”的裝配系統(tǒng)分析模型快速構(gòu)建方法

【摘要】:為支持復(fù)雜產(chǎn)品裝配作業(yè)過程的優(yōu)化與控制、降低建模復(fù)雜度,提出一種基于"作業(yè)—資源流圖"的裝配系統(tǒng)分析模型快速構(gòu)建方法。該方法以裝配站為基本分析單元,首先依據(jù)裝配作業(yè)工序與資源的相互作用,建立面向裝配現(xiàn)場的工序作業(yè)流和資源供給流,實(shí)現(xiàn)作業(yè)邏輯的快速、直觀表述;采用離散事件和狀態(tài)的提取與表示方法,將作業(yè)邏輯模型自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)化為具有離散事件分析能力的Petri網(wǎng)性能分析模型,并利用作業(yè)規(guī)則設(shè)定函數(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)在制品和資源配置方案的完整表述。以飛機(jī)襟副翼裝配的"作業(yè)—資源流圖"為基礎(chǔ),介紹了裝配生產(chǎn)率、資源利用率以及資源配置方案的分析與優(yōu)化過程,驗(yàn)證了方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:In order to support the optimization and control of the assembly process of complex products and reduce the complexity of modeling, a rapid construction method of assembly system analysis model based on "Activity-Resource flow Graph" is proposed. In this method, the assembly station is taken as the basic analysis unit. Firstly, according to the interaction between the assembly process and the resources, the process job flow and the resource supply flow are established to realize the fast and intuitionistic expression of the job logic. By using the method of extracting and representing discrete events and states, the job logic model is automatically transformed into the performance analysis model of Petri nets with discrete event analysis ability. And the job rule setting function is used to realize the complete representation of the WIP and resource allocation scheme. The analysis and optimization process of assembly productivity, resource utilization and resource allocation scheme are introduced based on the "Activity-Resource flow Graph" of aircraft flaperon assembly, and the validity of the method is verified.
