Cu-Zr-Al非晶合金性能分析及其板材連鑄技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:非晶合金具有獨特的原子排列方式,因此具有多種優(yōu)異的性能,如高強度、高硬度、良好的耐腐蝕性及耐磨能力、優(yōu)異的磁性能和生物相容性。但是塊體非晶合金受臨界尺寸及制備工藝的制約,一直未能在工業(yè)上廣泛應(yīng)用。本文采用自主設(shè)計的銅模制備非晶合金多種形狀非晶合金,利用X射線衍射儀、掃描電鏡、DSC和DTA等設(shè)備及分析手段,研究了三種成分的Cu-Zr-Al三元非晶合金各項性能(熱穩(wěn)定性、硬度、耐腐蝕能力、耐摩擦磨損性能、細胞附著能力)。然后設(shè)計和制造了雙室真空水平連鑄設(shè)備,并使用該設(shè)備水平連鑄純鋁板材對非晶合金板材連鑄工藝進行初步探索。本文在對Cu40Zr50Al10.Cu47Zr45Al8和Cu50Zr42Al8三種非晶合金熱穩(wěn)定性研究時,發(fā)現(xiàn)其都具有較大的過冷液相區(qū)間(70K),具有很好的熱穩(wěn)定性。在硬度測試實驗中發(fā)現(xiàn)Cu40Zr50Al10、Cu47Zr45A18和Cu50Zr42Al8三種非晶合金均具有較高的硬度(570HV),并且發(fā)現(xiàn)隨Cu元素含量增加,非晶合金硬度增大。在電化學(xué)腐蝕實驗中發(fā)現(xiàn)Cu50Zr42A18非晶合金在3.5%的NaCl溶液和0.5 mol/L的H2SO4溶液中自腐蝕傾向最小,并且三種非晶合金都有優(yōu)異的耐腐蝕能力,根據(jù)實驗結(jié)果可知隨Cu元素含量增加,非晶合金耐腐蝕性能增強。在Cu40Zr50Al10、Cu47Zr45Al8和Cu50Zr42Al8非晶合金與Ti6A14V摩擦磨損對比實驗中,發(fā)現(xiàn)非晶合金耐磨能力要優(yōu)于Ti6A14V,其中Cu50Zr42Al8的耐磨能力最佳。還發(fā)現(xiàn)非晶合金隨摩擦?xí)r間增長,摩擦機制由氧化磨損變?yōu)槟チDp;隨著成分中Cu元素含量增加,非晶合金耐磨能力增強,與硬度隨Cu含量變化趨勢一致。細胞附著實驗結(jié)果顯示Cu40Zr50Al10非晶合金較另兩種非晶合金具有較好的生物相容性,并得出增加Zr元素含量可以優(yōu)化非晶合金生物相容性的結(jié)論。本文設(shè)計并制造了雙室真空水平連鑄設(shè)備,并使用其進行了非晶合金板材連鑄工藝的初步探索。在對純鋁板材連鑄時發(fā)現(xiàn)拉坯速度不能過大,拉坯速度過大影響板坯表面質(zhì)量;雙室壓差對金屬液充型有積極影響,有利于提高板坯表面質(zhì)量;澆鑄溫度過高會對板坯表面質(zhì)量產(chǎn)生不良影響。實驗結(jié)果還顯示,連鑄后的鋁板材鋁含量為99.9319%高于原料的99.8564%,這說明連續(xù)鑄造方式制備純鋁板材有利于提高產(chǎn)品中鋁含量。本文最后利用純鋁板材連鑄所探得的工藝,對Cu40Zr50Al10合金進行了板材連鑄,制備出表面質(zhì)量良好,尺寸達到50mmX 6mm X 300mm的Cu40Zr50Al10合金板材。
[Abstract]:Because of its unique atomic arrangement, amorphous alloys have many excellent properties, such as high strength, high hardness, good corrosion resistance and wear resistance, excellent magnetic properties and biocompatibility. However, the bulk amorphous alloys have not been widely used in industry due to the critical size and preparation process. In this paper, amorphous alloys with various shapes have been prepared by using a self-designed copper mold. The properties (thermal stability) of three kinds of Cu-Zr-Al ternary amorphous alloys have been studied by means of X-ray diffractometer, scanning electron microscope, DSC and DTA. Hardness, corrosion resistance, friction and wear resistance, cell adhesion). Then the double chamber vacuum horizontal continuous casting equipment is designed and manufactured, and the continuous casting process of amorphous alloy sheet is preliminarily explored by using the equipment for horizontal continuous casting of pure aluminum sheet. In this paper, the thermal stability of Cu40Zr50Al10.Cu47Zr45Al8 and Cu50Zr42Al8 amorphous alloys has been studied. It is found that both of them have a large supercooled liquid phase range (70K) and good thermal stability. It was found that both Cu40Zr50Al10,Cu47Zr45A18 and Cu50Zr42Al8 had higher hardness (570HV) in hardness test, and the hardness of amorphous alloy increased with the increase of Cu element content. In the electrochemical corrosion test, it was found that Cu50Zr42A18 amorphous alloy had the least corrosion tendency in 3.5% NaCl solution and 0.5 mol/L H2SO4 solution, and all three kinds of amorphous alloy had excellent corrosion resistance. According to the experimental results, it was found that the corrosion resistance of Cu50Zr42A18 amorphous alloy increased with the increase of Cu content. The corrosion resistance of amorphous alloy is enhanced. In the friction and wear experiments of Cu40Zr50Al10,Cu47Zr45Al8 and Cu50Zr42Al8 amorphous alloys with Ti6A14V, it is found that the wear resistance of amorphous alloys is better than that of Ti6A14V, in which Cu50Zr42Al8 has the best wear resistance. It was also found that the friction mechanism of amorphous alloy changed from oxidation wear to abrasive wear with the increase of friction time, and the wear resistance of amorphous alloy increased with the increase of Cu content in the composition, which was consistent with the change trend of hardness with Cu content. The results of cell adhesion test showed that Cu40Zr50Al10 amorphous alloy had better biocompatibility than the other two amorphous alloys, and it was concluded that increasing the content of Zr elements could optimize the biocompatibility of amorphous alloy. In this paper, a double chamber vacuum horizontal continuous casting equipment is designed and manufactured. In the continuous casting of pure aluminum sheet, it is found that the drawing speed can not be too large and the drawing speed is too big to affect the surface quality of slab, and the pressure difference between two chambers has a positive effect on the filling of metal liquid, which is beneficial to improve the surface quality of slab. High casting temperature will have a bad effect on the surface quality of slab. The results also show that the aluminum content of continuous casting aluminum sheet is 99.9319% higher than that of raw material 99.8564, which shows that the continuous casting method of pure aluminum plate is beneficial to improve the aluminum content in the product. In the last part of this paper, the Cu40Zr50Al10 alloy has been cast by using the process of continuous casting of pure aluminum sheet. The Cu40Zr50Al10 alloy sheet with good surface quality and size up to 50mmX 6mm X 300mm has been prepared.
