N36鋯合金包殼管的高溫蠕變行為

【摘要】:研究了N36鋯合金包殼管在溫度為593~723 K、應(yīng)力為60~160 MPa條件下的拉伸蠕變行為。結(jié)果表明,本試驗(yàn)條件下N36鋯合金管材存在不同的蠕變變形機(jī)制。593~673K下低應(yīng)力范圍內(nèi),蠕變應(yīng)力因子n約為3,蠕變表觀激活能Qapp≈150 k J·mol-1,蠕變變形受位錯(cuò)的粘滯性滑移過程控制;高應(yīng)力范圍內(nèi)蠕變應(yīng)力因子n為5~6,蠕變激活能Qapp≈170 k J·mol-1,遵循典型的5次冪律蠕變規(guī)律,蠕變變形受位錯(cuò)攀移過程控制。在723 K時(shí),高應(yīng)力范圍內(nèi)發(fā)生冪律失效。N36鋯合金包殼管表現(xiàn)為典型的Class A型合金蠕變特征,表現(xiàn)出與Zircaloy合金不同的蠕變規(guī)律。
