面向節(jié)能高效的電弧焊工藝參數(shù)多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化方法

【摘要】:為降低電弧焊加工過程的能量消耗、減少環(huán)境排放,對電弧焊加工節(jié)能高效工藝參數(shù)優(yōu)化問題進行了研究。建立了電弧焊加工過程電能消耗目標(biāo)函數(shù)及熱效率目標(biāo)函數(shù),在考慮焊接質(zhì)量及設(shè)備、工藝對等實際約束的基礎(chǔ)上,建立了以焊接電流和焊接速度為優(yōu)化變量,以最小電能消耗(節(jié)能)和最大熱有效利用率(高效)為優(yōu)化目標(biāo)的多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化模型;利用自適應(yīng)進化梯度小生境遺傳算法對模型進行了尋優(yōu)求解;通過某閥座密封面手工電弧焊加工實例對所建模型及方法的可行性和有效性進行了驗證,并將優(yōu)化結(jié)果與實際結(jié)果及傳統(tǒng)遺傳算法的結(jié)果進行了比較分析。
[Abstract]:In order to reduce energy consumption in arc welding process and reduce environmental emissions, the optimization of energy saving and high efficiency process parameters in arc welding process was studied. The electric energy consumption objective function and thermal efficiency objective function of arc welding process are established. On the basis of considering welding quality and equipment and equivalent practical constraints of process, the welding current and welding speed are taken as optimization variables. A multi-objective optimization model with minimum energy consumption (energy saving) and maximum thermal efficiency (efficient) as the optimization objective is proposed, and the adaptive evolutionary gradient niche genetic algorithm is used to solve the model. The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed model and method are verified by an example of manual arc welding for a seat sealing surface. The results of optimization are compared with those of the actual results and the results of the traditional genetic algorithm (GA).
