參數(shù)化宏程序在變斜角平面銑削加工中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:變斜角平面在復(fù)雜類(lèi)零件中應(yīng)用較廣,通過(guò)運(yùn)用數(shù)學(xué)知識(shí)對(duì)刀位點(diǎn)進(jìn)行數(shù)值計(jì)算,利用參數(shù)化宏程序編寫(xiě)數(shù)控程序代碼,能夠使數(shù)控機(jī)床快速、準(zhǔn)確的實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)加工,F(xiàn)應(yīng)用FANUC 0i mate-MC數(shù)控系統(tǒng)對(duì)此類(lèi)零件進(jìn)行參數(shù)化宏程序編制,該程序通過(guò)了VNUC數(shù)控仿真軟件的驗(yàn)證,也在真實(shí)的三坐標(biāo)聯(lián)動(dòng)數(shù)控銑床上成功地進(jìn)行了首件試切。參數(shù)化宏程序用于變斜角平面銑削加工給編程人員帶來(lái)了全新的挑戰(zhàn),為編程人員提高數(shù)控編程技能提供了良好的學(xué)習(xí)平臺(tái)。
[Abstract]:Variable angle plane is widely used in complex parts. By using mathematical knowledge to calculate the cutter site and using parameterized macro program to program NC program, NC machine tools can be machined quickly and accurately. In this paper, the parameterized macro program of this kind of parts is compiled by using FANUC 0i mate-MC NC system. The program has been verified by VNUC numerical control simulation software, and the first trial-cutting has been successfully carried out on the real three-coordinate linkage NC milling machine. Parameterized macro program for variable angle plane milling brings a new challenge to programmers and provides a good learning platform for programmers to improve their NC programming skills.
