Ti-5553合金高溫變形時的不連續(xù)屈服行為(英文)

【摘要】:在溫度800~860℃、應(yīng)變速率0.1~10 s-1、最大變形程度60%條件下利用Gleeble-1500型熱模擬試驗(yàn)機(jī)對Ti-5Al-5Mo-5V-3Cr-0.5Fe合金進(jìn)行了熱壓縮試驗(yàn)并研究了其動態(tài)不連續(xù)屈服行為。結(jié)果表明:合金在應(yīng)變速率為10 s-1時,出現(xiàn)不連續(xù)屈服現(xiàn)象,并隨著變形溫度的提高而更加明顯,該現(xiàn)象符合動態(tài)理論,即不連續(xù)屈服與晶界突然增殖大量可動位錯有關(guān)。
