利用控軋控冷技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)熱軋不銹鋼復(fù)合板的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:使用Gleeble-3500熱模擬試驗(yàn)機(jī)研究了Q345R的奧氏體連續(xù)冷卻相變(CCT)行為,利用二輥可逆試驗(yàn)軋機(jī)進(jìn)行了系列控制軋制控制冷卻(TMCP)實(shí)驗(yàn),開(kāi)發(fā)出了不銹鋼(316)/低碳鋼(Q345R)復(fù)合板。較合理的工藝為:在奧氏體再結(jié)晶區(qū)進(jìn)行軋制,終軋溫度為1000~1050℃,總壓下量為75%,軋后以0.2~7℃/s的速率冷卻至450℃以下后空冷,隨冷卻速率的增加,Q345R鋼板的顯微組織從鐵素體(F)+珠光體(P)向鐵素體(F)+貝氏體(B)過(guò)渡,屈服強(qiáng)度范圍330~430MPa,抗拉強(qiáng)度范圍為535~595MPa,0℃的沖擊吸收功高于50J;復(fù)合板界面結(jié)合強(qiáng)度大于350MPa,抗彎性能合格。
[Abstract]:The austenite continuous cooling phase transformation (CCT) behavior of Q345R was studied by Gleeble-3500 thermal simulation machine.
