【摘要】：核心專利在一個(gè)專利群中處于節(jié)點(diǎn)和紐帶的地位,是產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)的核心。在調(diào)研大量國內(nèi)外Ni基高溫合金生產(chǎn)技術(shù)、合金產(chǎn)品、主要生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的基礎(chǔ)上,通過常規(guī)選擇方法、重要Ni基高溫合金牌號對應(yīng)的專利技術(shù)、重要生產(chǎn)技術(shù)對應(yīng)的專利技術(shù)等方法選擇了Ni基高溫合金的核心專利技術(shù)。通過相關(guān)分析方法探討了Ni基高溫合金核心技術(shù)的主要分布區(qū)域、主要技術(shù)分布方向、核心技術(shù)的擁有企業(yè)、重點(diǎn)制備工藝等,繪制了Ni基高溫合金核心技術(shù)及其產(chǎn)品的演進(jìn)圖譜,重點(diǎn)分析了Ni基高溫合金制備技術(shù)、熱障涂層技術(shù)、熱處理技術(shù)、激光熔覆技術(shù)、合金修復(fù)技術(shù)等核心技術(shù)及其應(yīng)用情況。在此基礎(chǔ)上,對重點(diǎn)跟蹤的企業(yè)以及他們的核心技術(shù)演進(jìn)進(jìn)行了探討,并分析總結(jié)了近年來Ni基高溫合金核心技術(shù)的研發(fā)方向。
[Abstract]:Core patent is the core of industrial economy in the position of node and tie in a patent group. On the basis of investigating a large number of domestic and foreign Ni base superalloy production technology, alloy products, main production enterprises, through the conventional selection method, the important Ni base superalloy brand corresponding patent technology, The core patent technology of Ni base superalloy has been selected by the patent technology corresponding to the important production technology. Through the correlation analysis method, the main distribution area, the main technology distribution direction, the enterprise of the core technology, the key preparation technology and so on of Ni base superalloy core technology are discussed. The evolution diagram of Ni based superalloy core technology and its products were plotted. The core technology and application of Ni based superalloy preparation technology, thermal barrier coating technology, heat treatment technology, laser cladding technology, alloy repair technology and so on were analyzed. On this basis, the key tracking enterprises and their core technology evolution are discussed, and the research direction of Ni base superalloy core technology in recent years is analyzed and summarized.
