數(shù)控小尺寸銑削刀具切削穩(wěn)定性研究

【摘要】:在較大功率的數(shù)控機(jī)床上進(jìn)行銑削加工時,直徑小于ф25mm銑刀的切削穩(wěn)定性受到了一定程度的限制。通過實(shí)驗(yàn)和仿真研究了數(shù)控銑削加工的顫振穩(wěn)定性,分析了刀具直徑、裝刀懸伸長度以及工藝系統(tǒng)剛度對顫振穩(wěn)定域的影響。研究表明:采用較大的刀具直徑和較短的安裝懸伸長度,可以提高切削穩(wěn)定性,同時也提高了極限軸向切削深度。通過顫振穩(wěn)定域極限切深波瓣圖,能有效地預(yù)報最大軸向切削深度下的切削速度,可較好地挖掘機(jī)床的切削潛能。
[Abstract]:When milling on a large power CNC machine tool, the cutting stability of milling cutter with diameter smaller than 25mm is limited to a certain extent. The flutter stability of NC milling is studied by experiment and simulation. The influence of the diameter of cutter, the elongation of loading tool and the rigidity of process system on the flutter stability region is analyzed. The results show that the cutting stability can be improved and the limit axial cutting depth can be improved by using larger tool diameter and shorter mounting length. The cutting speed under the maximum axial cutting depth can be effectively predicted by using the limit tangent deep lobe diagram in the flutter stability domain, and the cutting potential of the machine can be well excavated.
