真空預(yù)氧化處理對(duì)熱障涂層靜態(tài)氧化行為的影響

【摘要】:利用超音速火焰噴涂技術(shù)在DZ40M合金表面制備了Ni Co Cr Al Y粘結(jié)層,采用等離子噴涂技術(shù)在粘結(jié)層表面制備了陶瓷面層,并對(duì)整體熱障涂層進(jìn)行了真空預(yù)氧化處理。通過(guò)高溫靜態(tài)氧化實(shí)驗(yàn)研究了真空預(yù)氧化對(duì)熱障涂層的氧化行為的影響。結(jié)果表明:真空預(yù)處理可在MCr Al Y粘結(jié)層和陶瓷面層的界面處形成連續(xù)、致密的α-Al2O3層;在1050℃下氧化800h后,噴涂態(tài)涂層TGO中除α-Al2O3外,還生成了大量尖晶石氧化物,而預(yù)氧化涂層TGO則以α-Al2O3為主;預(yù)氧化處理有效抑制了涂層在高溫氧化過(guò)程中尖晶石氧化物的形成,從而降低了整體氧化膜的生長(zhǎng)速率。
[Abstract]:The Ni Co Cr Al Y bonding layer was prepared on the surface of DZ40M alloy by supersonic flame spraying technology. The ceramic surface layer was prepared by plasma spraying technique. The thermal barrier coating was treated by vacuum preoxidation. The effect of vacuum preoxidation on the oxidation behavior of thermal barrier coatings was studied by static oxidation experiments at high temperature. The results show that a continuous and dense 偽 -Al _ 2O _ 3 layer can be formed at the interface between the MCr Al Y bonding layer and the ceramic surface layer by vacuum pretreatment, and a large number of spinel oxides are formed in the sprayed TGO coating after oxidation at 1050 鈩,
