基于ABAQUS對疲勞試驗夾具螺紋的失效分析

【摘要】:采用成組法對20Mn Ti B棒材進(jìn)行疲勞試驗,將所得的數(shù)據(jù)點標(biāo)在單對數(shù)坐標(biāo)軸上,通過計算相關(guān)系數(shù)r可知:該組數(shù)據(jù)不滿足S-N曲線擬合的條件,即該組數(shù)據(jù)離散性較大;贏BAQUS對失效的夾具螺紋進(jìn)行有限元分析,并根據(jù)失效的螺紋牙部位及幾何形狀,對失效的螺紋牙進(jìn)行受力分析,建立有限元模型。分析表明:夾具螺紋孔的偏心誤差使得夾具螺紋的局部螺紋牙承受較大應(yīng)力是導(dǎo)致塑性變形的主要原因,從而證實了試驗所得數(shù)據(jù)離散性較大的原因,為今后的疲勞試驗夾具設(shè)計及保護(hù)提供了一定的經(jīng)驗。
[Abstract]:The fatigue test of 20Mn Ti B bar was carried out by using group method. The data points were marked on the single logarithmic coordinate axis. By calculating the correlation coefficient r, it can be seen that the group data do not satisfy the condition of S-N curve fitting, that is, the group data is more discrete. Based on ABAQUS, the finite element analysis of the broken fixture thread is carried out, and the finite element model is established according to the position and geometry of the broken thread tooth. The analysis shows that the eccentricity error of the thread hole of the fixture causes the local thread teeth of the fixture thread to bear large stress, which is the main reason leading to plastic deformation, thus confirming the reason of the greater dispersion of the data obtained from the test. It provides some experience for the design and protection of fatigue test fixture in the future.
