鋼鋁攪拌摩擦焊搭接接頭的機(jī)械結(jié)合與冶金結(jié)合方式

【摘要】:為了在汽車制造業(yè)中實(shí)現(xiàn)節(jié)能環(huán)保的目的,鋁合金在車身材料中的應(yīng)用是實(shí)現(xiàn)汽車結(jié)構(gòu)輕量化的重要途徑。然而,鋼/鋁異種材料的連接問題尚未得到解決?紤]采用攪拌摩擦焊方法連接鋼/鋁異種材料,通過控制攪拌針的壓入量,獲得兩種不同結(jié)合方式的接頭:一種是攪拌針進(jìn)入鋼材中,形成機(jī)械+冶金結(jié)合的接頭;另一種是攪拌針不進(jìn)入鋼材中,僅通過熱傳遞的方式將摩擦熱量傳輸?shù)戒?鋁冶金界面上形成冶金結(jié)合的接頭。對(duì)形成的異種材料接頭進(jìn)行剪切測(cè)試和連接界面觀察。研究結(jié)果表明,鋼板上的鍍鋅層對(duì)鋼/鋁接頭的形成具有重要影響。在機(jī)械+冶金結(jié)合的接頭中,鋼/鋁之間的冶金界面層較厚,主要由Al、Zn元素組成;而在冶金結(jié)合接頭中,界面層的厚度僅為2~3μm,且主要由Fe、Al元素組成,并對(duì)影響接頭強(qiáng)度的影響因素進(jìn)行探討。
[Abstract]:In order to realize the purpose of energy saving and environmental protection in automobile manufacturing, the application of aluminum alloy in body material is an important way to realize the lightweight of automobile structure. However, the connection problem of steel / aluminum dissimilar materials has not been solved. The friction stir welding method is considered to connect steel / aluminum dissimilar materials. Two kinds of joints with different bonding modes are obtained by controlling the injection amount of the stirring needle. One is that the stirring needle enters into the steel to form a mechanical metallurgical joint; The other is that the friction heat is transferred to the steel / aluminum interface to form a metallurgical joint only by heat transfer. Shear test and interface observation were carried out on the formed dissimilar material joints. The results show that the galvanized layer on the steel plate has an important effect on the formation of the steel / aluminum joint. The metallurgical interface layer between steel and aluminum is thicker, which is mainly composed of Al,Zn element, while in metallurgical joint, the thickness of interface layer is only 2 渭 m, and is mainly composed of Fe,Al element. The influence factors of joint strength are discussed.
