基體溫度對(duì)TC11鈦合金EB-PVD修復(fù)層組織及振動(dòng)疲勞壽命的影響

【摘要】:為了研究溫度對(duì)修復(fù)層性能的影響,采用電子束物理氣相沉積(EB-PVD)技術(shù)在TC11平板試樣上制備了修復(fù)層,利用X射線衍射儀(XRD)、掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)和能譜儀(EDS)研究了不同溫度下修復(fù)層的成分及組織形貌變化,并通過(guò)振動(dòng)疲勞試驗(yàn)等方法研究了溫度對(duì)修復(fù)層振動(dòng)疲勞壽命的影響。結(jié)果表明:在600~800℃進(jìn)行修復(fù)時(shí),修復(fù)層為柱狀晶組織。修復(fù)層的致密性隨溫度升高而變大,這種變化也會(huì)影響修復(fù)后試片的振動(dòng)疲勞性能,修復(fù)層柱狀晶結(jié)構(gòu)間隙處形成的裂紋源會(huì)造成試片疲勞性能的下降。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of temperature on the properties of the repair layer, the repair layer was prepared on the TC11 plate by electron beam physical vapor deposition (EB-PVD) technique. (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS) were used to study the composition and microstructure of the repair layer at different temperatures.
