基于改進雙因子模型的裝配過程人員可靠性

【摘要】:從分析人為失誤機理的角度出發(fā),把復雜的裝配過程分解為工人的基本行為單元,以此作為研究對象,通過復合分層故障樹分析提取人為失誤的影響因素,把影響因素水平和該因素影響行為的貢獻程度區(qū)分開來,提出人員特性的概念,建立了改進的雙因子模型,運用粒子群算法進行求解,實現了人員特性各因子之間解耦最優(yōu)化。通過磨具裝配實例表明,該方法在人為失誤因素的量化評價和辨識方面的應用是可行的。
[Abstract]:From the point of view of analyzing the mechanism of human error, the complex assembly process is decomposed into the basic behavior unit of workers. This paper distinguishes the level of influence factor from the contribution degree of the factor influencing behavior, puts forward the concept of personnel characteristics, establishes an improved two-factor model, and solves the problem by using particle swarm optimization algorithm, and realizes the decoupling optimization among the factors of personnel characteristics. The application of this method to the quantitative evaluation and identification of human error factors is proved to be feasible by a grinding tool assembly example.
