短鋼棒矯直機(jī)矯直輥系受力分析與穩(wěn)定性研究
[Abstract]:A new type of automatic short bar straightening machine designed in this paper is mainly used to straighten alloy tool steel with diameter of 4 ~ 12 mm and length of 150mm without scratch. In this paper, the design of short steel bar straightening machine is divided into five main parts: feeding mechanism, upper roller mechanism, lower roll mechanism, reversing transmission mechanism and power system. Based on a new type of automatic straightening machine for short steel bar, it is mainly used to straighten the drill bit and cylindrical milling cutter in the condition of cylindrical rod material, thus further improving the straightness and quality of the product. Based on the principle of reverse bending straightening, the straightening roll system was established as the support of both ends of the short steel bar and the rotation of the short steel bar. The straightening was realized by changing the reduction of the roll and the change of the axial position. Based on the roll system structure of multi-roll straightening machine, a 15-roll straightening roll system is established, which includes upper and lower straightening roll, support roll, upper and lower active roll, pressing roll and its mechanical model. By using Matlab programming, the contact force between the rollers and the driving moment of the straightening roll system are calculated by iterative calculation method. The condition of roll system stability is defined by the external force and moment of the roll system. The three-dimensional engineering design software Solidworks is used to design the structure and build the geometric model of the roll system. The geometric model was simplified and introduced into Adams for dynamic simulation. The straightening roll system was flexible by the automatic flexible function module. In this paper, the stress on the contact point of each roller in the 15 roll straightening system is studied, and the simulation results of the contact force between the straightening roll and the straightening roll are obtained, and the theoretical analysis and the simulation result are compared and analyzed. In order to study the stability of the roll system more accurately and deeply, the angular velocity and torque of each roll in the 15-roll straightening roll system were measured and the simulation results were analyzed. The stability of the 15-roll straightening roll system is verified by studying the force, rotational speed and torque of the straightening roll system.
