表面機(jī)械研磨對(duì)304不銹鋼滲氮組織性能的影響

【摘要】:對(duì)304不銹鋼表面進(jìn)行表面機(jī)械研磨處理(SMAT),再進(jìn)行不同溫度下的低溫等離子滲氮。利用光學(xué)顯微鏡、XRD、SEM和EDS,分析滲氮層的物相、顯微組織和元素;采用顯微硬度計(jì)檢測(cè)滲氮后硬度的變化;采用電化學(xué)工作站測(cè)試滲氮后試樣的腐蝕性能。結(jié)果表明,經(jīng)過1800 s的表面機(jī)械研磨處理,材料的滲氮組織性能達(dá)到最好,樣品表面生成一層晶粒細(xì)化層,可以明顯促進(jìn)304不銹鋼的低溫滲氮。1800 s的表面機(jī)械研磨處理后,在350℃下進(jìn)行滲氮,可以獲得一層厚度約3μm的滲氮層,其硬度高達(dá)925 HV0.05。和未處理的試樣對(duì)比,自腐蝕電位升高了0.2 V,自腐蝕電流降低了4.22×10-4A·cm-2。

The phase, microstructure and elements of nitriding layer were analyzed by optical microscope and EDS,. The hardness changes after nitriding were detected by microhardness tester, and the corrosion properties of nitriding samples were tested by electrochemical workstation.
