變形對貝氏體鋼等溫相變動力學影響

【摘要】:奧氏體預變形影響后續(xù)貝氏體相變,采用SEM、膨脹法和XRD衍射分析等實驗方法,研究了奧氏體預變形對等溫貝氏體相變動力學的影響規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明,300℃變形25%加速貝氏體相變,且貝氏體最終轉(zhuǎn)量增多,室溫組織中殘留奧氏體量與貝氏體轉(zhuǎn)變量相關,隨貝氏體轉(zhuǎn)變量增大而增多,變形對等溫貝氏體相變的影響與變形溫度和變形程度有關。此外,首次提出了變形條件下貝氏體相變動力學Avrami修正模型,為下一步系統(tǒng)建立變形條件下貝氏體相變動力學模型提供了參考。本文的結(jié)果為縮短高強塑積無碳化物貝氏體鋼生產(chǎn)時間提供了有效途徑。
