低溫活性屏等離子氮碳共滲對3Cr13不銹鋼組織和耐蝕性的影響

【摘要】:利用XRD、OM和SEM等試驗方法,研究了氮碳共滲溫度對3Cr13不銹鋼滲層的組織結(jié)構(gòu)及耐腐蝕性的影響。結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)?shù)脊矟B溫度為450℃時,滲層主要由α'N相、少量ε相和γ'相組成;處理溫度高于480℃時,滲層中開始有Cr N相析出。氮碳共滲處理樣品表面的顯微硬度較未處理樣品明顯升高,且隨處理溫度升高,顯微硬度逐漸增大;試樣表面耐腐蝕性在處理溫度為450℃時顯著提高,隨處理溫度升高耐腐蝕性降低。
