齒輪泵主動齒輪軸裂紋原因分析

【摘要】:正零件滲碳后一般采用直接淬火及空冷后重新加熱淬火兩種工藝。滲碳后直接淬火工藝簡單,生產(chǎn)效率高,但淬火后晶粒容易粗大,影響零件性能。滲碳后重新加熱淬火的工藝可以細(xì)化晶粒,提高滲碳件的性能~([1])。齒輪泵主動齒輪軸采用的是滲碳空冷后重新加熱淬火的工藝,但滲碳空冷后發(fā)現(xiàn)軸表面有縱向裂紋齒輪軸共49件,有8件發(fā)現(xiàn)裂紋。常見熱處理縱向裂紋廠般是在冷速快,零件完全淬透的情況下,由于組織應(yīng)力作用而產(chǎn)生。高合金鋼零件由于淬透性高,在
[Abstract]:Direct quenching and reheating after air cooling are generally adopted after carburization of positive parts. After Carburizing, the direct quenching process is simple and the production efficiency is high, but the grain size is easy to be coarse after quenching, which affects the properties of the parts. The process of reheating and quenching after Carburizing can refine the grain and improve the properties of carburized parts. The gear shaft of gear pump adopts the process of reheating and quenching after carburizing air cooling, but after Carburizing air cooling, it is found that there are 49 longitudinal cracked gear shafts on the surface of the shaft, and 8 have cracks. The common heat treatment longitudinal crack factory is under the condition that the cooling speed is fast and the parts are completely quenched, due to the effect of microstructure stress.
