高強(qiáng)度油井管的腐蝕疲勞性能

【摘要】:油井管材料工礦特殊,經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)腐蝕疲勞失效。對(duì)1Cr12Ni3Mo2VNbN(1號(hào)材料)和2Cr12Ni4Mo3VNbN(2號(hào)材料)2種高強(qiáng)度油井管材料在室溫大氣及80℃的22%(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù))NaCl水溶液中的疲勞行為進(jìn)行了研究,結(jié)果表明,2種材料在80℃的NaCl水溶液中的疲勞強(qiáng)度明顯低于室溫大氣中的疲勞強(qiáng)度;室溫大氣條件下,2號(hào)材料的疲勞強(qiáng)度略高于1號(hào)材料。在80℃的NaCl水溶液介質(zhì)中,1號(hào)材料的腐蝕疲勞性能略優(yōu)于2號(hào)材料。通過(guò)掃描電鏡觀察斷口形貌特征,在失效斷口上觀察到明顯的腐蝕產(chǎn)物。
