深過冷Co-20at%Ru合金包晶相的析出與演化規(guī)律(英文)

【摘要】:通過深過冷凝固實驗對Co-Ru包晶合金中不同相的析出及演化行為進行了研究。采用熔融玻璃凈化與循環(huán)過熱相結(jié)合的方法對該合金的深過冷實驗獲得了217 K(0.12 T L)的最大過冷度。結(jié)合經(jīng)典形核理論的計算結(jié)果,在全過冷度范圍內(nèi)ξ相始終作為先析相優(yōu)先從熔體中析出。當過冷度(ΔT)小于臨界過冷度(ΔT*≈180 K)時,合金凝固組織表現(xiàn)為典型的包晶組織,此時包晶相的析出依賴于ξ相的形態(tài)改變;當ΔTΔT*時,雖然ξ相仍為先析相,但是包晶相α的析出不再依賴于ξ相,而是直接從過冷熔體中析出并與ξ相競爭長大。隨著過冷度的增大,包晶相的相對含量先增加后減少最后再次增加。
