熱處理對擠壓態(tài)Mg-Er合金組織和性能的影響

【摘要】:對擠壓態(tài)Mg-6.2 mass%Er合金在靜態(tài)再結(jié)晶熱處理過程中組織、織構(gòu)的演變以及相應(yīng)的力學(xué)行為進(jìn)行了表征,分析了影響該合金塑性變形的微觀機(jī)制。結(jié)果表明,擠壓態(tài)Mg-6.2 mass%Er合金為部分再結(jié)晶的形變組織。在熱處理過程中,再結(jié)晶程度與退火溫度有關(guān),在500℃下退火熱處理獲得完全再結(jié)晶組織。隨著再結(jié)晶程度的提高,基面織構(gòu)出現(xiàn)明顯的弱化。合金室溫拉伸塑性取決于織構(gòu)的類型,基面織構(gòu)的弱化導(dǎo)致合金室溫塑性大幅度提高。
[Abstract]:The microstructure, texture evolution and corresponding mechanical behavior of extruded Mg-6.2 mass%Er alloy during static recrystallization heat treatment were characterized, and the microcosmic mechanism affecting the plastic deformation of the alloy was analyzed. The results show that the extruded Mg-6.2 mass%Er alloy is partially recrystallized.
