GH536鎳基高溫合金焊接接頭力學(xué)性能與斷裂特征研究

【摘要】:對(duì)GH536合金焊接接頭的硬度進(jìn)行測(cè)試和分析,對(duì)母材及焊接接頭進(jìn)行室溫和500℃拉伸試驗(yàn),并分析了斷裂特征,分析了母材和焊接接頭不同區(qū)域的斷裂韌度。結(jié)果表明:熱影響區(qū)硬度未見明顯變化,與母材一致;從熔合線到焊縫中心,由于枝晶變細(xì),顯微硬度逐漸升高。焊接接頭整體室溫拉伸強(qiáng)度、屈服強(qiáng)度和斷后伸長率分別為810MPa,392MPa和30%,達(dá)到了母材的99.6%,99.7%和93.8%;在500℃時(shí),接頭整體抗拉強(qiáng)度、屈服強(qiáng)度和斷后伸長率分別為678MPa,300MPa和26%,達(dá)到了母材的98.1%,96.8%和78.8%;GH536合金焊接接頭具有良好的力學(xué)性能。在熔合區(qū)組織不均勻性最為嚴(yán)重,熔合區(qū)是GH536合金焊接接頭的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)。在室溫和500℃,母材及焊接接頭的斷裂方式均為塑性斷裂。
