基于熱加工圖的噴射成形含鈮高速鋼的熱變形

【摘要】:結(jié)合以鈮代替部分釩的合金化思路和用噴射成形快速凝固技術(shù)制備出新型M3:2高速鋼,研究了合金在950-1150℃和0.001-10 s-1條件下的熱變形。根據(jù)實(shí)驗(yàn)得到的真應(yīng)力-真應(yīng)變曲線,基于動(dòng)態(tài)材料模型(DDM)建立合金熱加工圖并結(jié)合動(dòng)力學(xué)分析和組織觀察,將加工圖分為塑性失穩(wěn)區(qū)(1 s-1)、低應(yīng)變速率區(qū)(0.001 s-1)、低變形溫度區(qū)(1000℃)和加工安全區(qū),重點(diǎn)討論了低應(yīng)變速率區(qū)和低變形溫度區(qū)內(nèi)裂紋產(chǎn)生的機(jī)制,并由此確定了合金可進(jìn)行熱加工的區(qū)間為1050-1150℃,0.01-0.1 s-1。為了得到晶粒細(xì)小、碳化物呈顆粒狀且分布均勻的組織,優(yōu)化后的熱變形加工參數(shù)為1150℃,0.1 s-1。噴射成形含鈮M3:2高速鋼經(jīng)鍛造和熱處理后,其硬度和彎曲強(qiáng)度等性能優(yōu)于同等成分的粉末冶金高速鋼。
