700MPa冷軋低合金超高強(qiáng)鋼的典型連續(xù)退火工藝

【摘要】:為了開發(fā)新一代冷軋低合金超高強(qiáng)鋼,利用連續(xù)退火實(shí)驗(yàn)機(jī)對Ti-0.12%、Nb-0.076%的冷軋低合金超高強(qiáng)鋼進(jìn)行連續(xù)退火實(shí)驗(yàn),設(shè)計了760~830℃四種不同退火溫度,研究了退火溫度對實(shí)驗(yàn)鋼的相組成、晶粒尺寸和力學(xué)性能的影響.在800℃退火、400℃過時效的條件下,可得到鐵素體和少量貝氏體的組織,鐵素體晶粒尺寸約為1.4μm,屈服強(qiáng)度可達(dá)700MPa.同時利用掃描電鏡和透射電鏡觀察到鋼中存在大量納米尺寸的亞晶結(jié)構(gòu)、少量位錯以及納米級的Ti、Nb的析出物,這些微結(jié)構(gòu)單元對強(qiáng)度有較大的提升作用.
