鈦合金固定軸球體剖析

【摘要】:對(duì)某船用鈦合金固定軸球體進(jìn)行解剖分析。采用掃描電鏡能譜儀、元素分析儀、顯微維氏硬度計(jì)、電子萬(wàn)能材料試驗(yàn)機(jī)和數(shù)顯沖擊試驗(yàn)機(jī)分別對(duì)球體的成分(定性和定量)、硬度、力學(xué)性能和沖擊韌性進(jìn)行分析測(cè)試,并對(duì)球體的顯微組織、拉伸和沖擊斷口形貌進(jìn)行觀察。結(jié)果表明,該固定軸球體選用的鈦合金牌號(hào)為3M,橫向硬度約235 HV0.2,橫向抗拉強(qiáng)度約613MPa,橫向伸長(zhǎng)率為11%,橫向斷面收縮率為31%,具有較好的沖擊韌性。球體的顯微組織由鋸齒狀α和片狀α相組成,拉伸斷口形貌表現(xiàn)為韌性剪切斷裂,沖擊斷口形貌為典型的韌窩。
[Abstract]:An anatomic analysis of a fixed shaft sphere of titanium alloy used in a ship was carried out. The composition (qualitative and quantitative), hardness, mechanical properties and impact toughness of the sphere were analyzed and tested by SEM, element analyzer, microhardness tester, electronic universal material tester and digital display impact tester, respectively. The microstructure, tensile and impact fracture morphology of the sphere were observed. The results show that the alloy grade is 3M, the transverse hardness is about 235HV0.2, the transverse tensile strength is about 613MPa, the transverse elongation is 11 and the transverse section shrinkage is 31. it has good impact toughness. The microstructure of the sphere is composed of zigzag 偽 and lamellar 偽 phase. The tensile fracture is characterized by ductile shear fracture and the impact fracture is a typical dimple.
