鈦微合金化熱軋TRIP鋼的連續(xù)冷卻相變研究

【摘要】:用Formastor-FII相變儀研究了鈦微合金化TRIP在不同開(kāi)冷溫度下的連續(xù)冷卻相變,建立了實(shí)驗(yàn)鋼的連續(xù)冷卻轉(zhuǎn)變曲線,分析了鐵素體、貝氏體及馬氏體的相變規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明,隨著冷卻速率的增加,實(shí)驗(yàn)鋼依次經(jīng)過(guò)鐵素體、貝氏體及馬氏體相區(qū),在較寬的冷卻速率范圍內(nèi),均可獲得貝氏體及馬氏體組織,其Ms點(diǎn)為450℃左右;隨著開(kāi)冷溫度的降低或冷卻速率的提高,實(shí)驗(yàn)鋼的鐵素體及貝氏體開(kāi)始轉(zhuǎn)變溫度降低,抑制了鐵素體及貝氏體相變;隨著冷卻速率的增加,實(shí)驗(yàn)鋼的顯微組織由鐵素體+粒狀貝氏體逐步轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榘鍡l貝氏體+板條馬氏體及板條馬氏體組織;當(dāng)冷卻速率較低時(shí),鐵素體由晶內(nèi)鐵素體和晶界鐵素體組成,晶內(nèi)鐵素體形核質(zhì)點(diǎn)為復(fù)雜的氧化物及硫化物。
[Abstract]:The continuous cooling transformation of titanium microalloyed TRIP at different open cooling temperatures was studied by means of Formastor-FII transformation instrument. The continuous cooling transformation curves of experimental steel were established and the transformation laws of ferrite, bainite and martensite were analyzed. The results show that with the increase of cooling rate, the experimental steel passes through ferrite, bainite and martensite phase region in turn, and the microstructure of bainite and martensite can be obtained in a wide range of cooling rates, and the Ms point is about 450 鈩,
