不同溫度下AZ61鎂合金鑄軋板軋制極限變形量的研究

【摘要】:對AZ61鎂合金鑄軋板進行了不同溫度下的軋制試驗。結(jié)果表明:隨著加工溫度的增加,合金的極限成形能力逐漸增大,其極限成形能力由室溫軋制時的10%提高到400℃軋制時的85%。在軋制溫度低于300℃時,添加0.8%混合稀土的鎂合金比不加稀土鎂合金單道次軋制的極限壓下量要大,當(dāng)軋制溫度高于300℃軋制時,兩者的極限壓下量趨于相等。變形溫度350~400℃和變形量大于60%是最適合AZ61鎂合金軋制的工藝,可以得到10μm以下的等軸細晶粒。
