42CrMo高溫塑性損傷機(jī)理及損傷模型

【摘要】:以42CrMo鋼為研究對象,在Gleeble-1500D熱模擬試驗(yàn)機(jī)上進(jìn)行高溫拉伸實(shí)驗(yàn),研究了變形溫度為900℃、950℃、1 000℃、1050℃、1100℃、1150℃,應(yīng)變速率為0.01s-1、0.1s-1、1s-1、10s-1條件下的高溫變形行為,采用Gleeble Fracture Limit(GFL)方法得到相應(yīng)的應(yīng)力、應(yīng)變參數(shù),基于Normalized CockcroftLathamm損傷模型,計(jì)算得到不同變形溫度和不同應(yīng)變速率時(shí)的臨界損傷值,考慮變形溫度和變形速率對臨界損傷值的影響引入了Zener-Hollomon參數(shù),得到臨界損傷值與lnZ值之間的高溫?fù)p傷模型。采用掃描電鏡對拉伸斷口進(jìn)行斷口形貌觀察,發(fā)現(xiàn)大量韌窩及夾雜物的存在,分析得到該斷裂機(jī)制為韌性斷裂。
