面向認(rèn)知公差的精密沖壓工藝適應(yīng)性設(shè)計(jì)方法(英文)

【摘要】:目的:精密沖壓工藝過程中環(huán)境變量的波動(dòng)導(dǎo)致工件出現(xiàn)破裂和皺褶等缺陷。探討精密沖壓工藝過程中環(huán)境變量(工件材質(zhì)、沖壓速度、壓力、模具間隙和溫度變化等)對(duì)沖壓質(zhì)量的影響,研究適應(yīng)性工藝設(shè)計(jì)方法,提高精密沖壓工件的質(zhì)量。創(chuàng)新點(diǎn):1.通過馬爾科夫模型方程,推導(dǎo)出環(huán)境變量與精密加工波動(dòng)公差之間的關(guān)系;2.建立試驗(yàn)?zāi)P?成功模擬適應(yīng)性沖壓工藝過程。方法:1.通過實(shí)驗(yàn)分析,推導(dǎo)出沖壓過程中的晶粒流動(dòng)和強(qiáng)度變化對(duì)成型零件的尺寸公差波動(dòng)產(chǎn)生較大的影響(圖2和3);2.通過理論推導(dǎo),構(gòu)建環(huán)境變量與加工波動(dòng)公差之間的關(guān)系,得到適應(yīng)性的工藝參數(shù)調(diào)節(jié)方案(公式16);3.通過仿真模擬,運(yùn)用適應(yīng)性設(shè)計(jì)方法在精密沖壓過程中對(duì)工藝參數(shù)進(jìn)行適應(yīng)性調(diào)節(jié),驗(yàn)證所提方法的可行性和有效性(圖5)。結(jié)論:1.精密沖壓過程中工藝參數(shù)需要根據(jù)不同的環(huán)境變量進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié);2.環(huán)境變量與加工波動(dòng)公差之間存在映射關(guān)系,運(yùn)用隱馬爾科夫模型實(shí)現(xiàn)關(guān)聯(lián)表征;3.運(yùn)用適應(yīng)性設(shè)計(jì)方法對(duì)精密沖壓工藝參數(shù)進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié),加工波動(dòng)公差明顯減小,工件質(zhì)量得到提高。
[Abstract]:Objective: the fluctuation of environmental variables in precision stamping process leads to defects such as fracture and wrinkle. This paper discusses the influence of environmental variables (material, speed, pressure, gap and temperature change of die) on the quality of stamping in the process of precision stamping, and studies the method of adaptive process design to improve the quality of precision stamping. The innovation point is 1: 1. Through the Markov model equation, the relation between the environmental variables and the fluctuation tolerance of precision machining is deduced. The test model was established and the adaptive stamping process was successfully simulated. Method 1: 1. Through experimental analysis, it is deduced that the change of grain flow and strength during stamping process has a great influence on the fluctuation of dimensional tolerance of forming parts (Fig. 2 and 3). Based on the theoretical derivation, the relationship between the environmental variables and the tolerance of machining fluctuation is established, and the adaptive process parameter adjustment scheme (formula 16) is obtained. Through simulation and simulation, the adaptive design method is used to adjust the process parameters in the process of precision stamping to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method (Fig. 5). Conclusion 1. The process parameters need to be adjusted according to different environmental variables in the process of precision stamping. There is a mapping relationship between environmental variables and processing fluctuation tolerance. With the adaptive design method, the precision stamping process parameters are adjusted, the machining fluctuation tolerance is obviously reduced, and the quality of the workpiece is improved.
