熱軋精整過程鋼板上下料伺服控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與研究
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of the automation level of iron and steel industry, higher requirements are put forward for the process of steel plate loading and unloading. Therefore, the design and research of steel plate automatic loading and unloading servo system is of great significance. In this paper, a hot-rolling finishing process of steel plate loading and unloading transfer project as the background of the subject. Firstly, the mathematical model of servo motor is established, and the models of current loop, speed loop and position loop of steel plate loading and unloading servo system are further established. Secondly, based on the actual parameters of the steel plate loading and unloading machine, the parameters of the loading and unloading servo system are calculated and simulated. At the same time, the MATLAB simulation experiment of permanent magnet synchronous motor servo system is carried out by using voltage space vector algorithm. In addition, in order to study the adjustment of PID parameters of servo system, this paper studies the optimization performance of quantum harmony search optimization algorithm (QHS), and applies it to the adjustment of PID parameters of servo system. Finally, the parameter setting method is applied to the steel plate loading and unloading system, and the control system of the transfer machine is designed, including the hardware configuration and software programming of the upper and lower material transfer machine. The experimental results in the steel plate transfer machine show that the control performance of the transfer machine after setting the parameters is better than that of the conventional PID control, and it has higher accuracy and better practicability.
