變形終止溫度對GCr15軸承鋼顯微組織的影響

【摘要】:采用MMS300熱模擬試驗機對GCr15軸承鋼的熱變形工藝進行模擬,研究變形終止溫度對其顯微組織的影響。結(jié)果表明,變形終止溫度在770~870℃內(nèi)變化時,其顯微組織均為片層狀珠光體+沿晶界分布的先共析碳化物,并且先共析碳化物周圍存在鐵素體薄膜。隨著變形終止溫度的升高,晶粒尺寸和珠光體團的尺寸均增加,珠光體的片層間距略微減小,硬度增加。通過回歸分析獲得維氏硬度與片層間距倒數(shù)的擬合方程HV=38.3S-1+92.7。變形終止溫度在810~870℃內(nèi)升高時,碳化物的網(wǎng)狀程度增加。與810℃相比,變形終止溫度為770℃和790℃時,碳化物的網(wǎng)狀程度較嚴重。
