Ni-Cr合金真空預(yù)釬焊金剛石磨粒復(fù)合節(jié)塊界面微結(jié)構(gòu)

【摘要】:在Ni-Cr合金中加入A合金粉制成復(fù)合釬料,在加熱溫度1 050℃和保溫時間30 min的工藝下進行金剛石磨粒的預(yù)釬焊處理試驗,在加熱溫度810℃和保溫時間4 min的燒結(jié)工藝下制備預(yù)釬焊磨粒復(fù)合節(jié)塊.測試預(yù)釬焊磨粒的靜壓強度和復(fù)合節(jié)塊的抗彎強度,并分析預(yù)釬焊金剛石、復(fù)合節(jié)塊的界面微結(jié)構(gòu).結(jié)果表明,復(fù)合釬料與金剛石磨粒在預(yù)釬焊過程中形成化學(xué)結(jié)合界面,且對金剛石的熱損傷較小;當(dāng)磨粒濃度范圍為10%~50%時,復(fù)合節(jié)塊的抗彎強度均高于常規(guī)金剛石節(jié)塊;預(yù)釬焊金剛石與金屬胎體在燒結(jié)過程中形成冶金結(jié)合界面,復(fù)合節(jié)塊界面結(jié)合強度高.
