往復(fù)走絲線切割機(jī)床自動(dòng)穿絲研究及上絲臂穿絲裝置設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:20世紀(jì)60年代末,往復(fù)走絲線切割機(jī)床在我國(guó)研制成功,憑借其簡(jiǎn)單的結(jié)構(gòu)和較高的性價(jià)比在中、低精度加工領(lǐng)域得到迅速推廣。但受加工原理等因素的影響機(jī)床的斷絲問題始終無法避免,而且由于缺乏有效的穿絲機(jī)構(gòu)機(jī)床斷絲后只能進(jìn)行手動(dòng)上絲,這極大的影響了零件的加工精度和機(jī)床的加工效率。因此研究往復(fù)走絲線切割機(jī)床的自動(dòng)穿絲裝置極具現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,它不僅可以提高零件加工的合格率還能夠帶來直接的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。本文通過分析機(jī)床斷絲的原因和手動(dòng)穿絲的過程,總結(jié)出實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)床自動(dòng)穿絲需要解決的難題。同課題組于鐳健設(shè)計(jì)的快速上絲裝置解決了電極絲的自動(dòng)除絲、快速夾緊和快速固定等問題,本文在其基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)出引絲裝置和牽絲裝置,進(jìn)一步提高了機(jī)床穿絲的自動(dòng)化,為后續(xù)實(shí)現(xiàn)全自動(dòng)穿絲提供參考。本文研究的內(nèi)容歸納如下:(1)設(shè)計(jì)引絲裝置,通過該裝置可以將排列在儲(chǔ)絲筒上的電極絲引導(dǎo)至絲臂上的牽引裝置,實(shí)現(xiàn)電極絲由儲(chǔ)絲筒到上絲臂的過渡;(2)設(shè)計(jì)牽絲裝置,通過該裝置可以牽引電極絲準(zhǔn)確穿過上絲臂的兩個(gè)導(dǎo)輪;(3)設(shè)計(jì)合理的機(jī)電控制方案并選擇控制器和編寫控制程序,在機(jī)床斷絲時(shí)裝置可以自動(dòng)運(yùn)行并完成除絲、布絲、引絲、牽絲、固絲等動(dòng)作,使各個(gè)模塊自身有序工作,總體協(xié)同工作;(4)穿絲實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,將穿絲裝置的工裝加工出后,在機(jī)床上進(jìn)行穿絲實(shí)驗(yàn),與手動(dòng)上絲進(jìn)行對(duì)比,主要對(duì)比穿絲時(shí)間及加工工件的表面質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:At the end of 1960s, reciprocating wire cutting machine was successfully developed in China. With its simple structure and high performance-price ratio, it has been rapidly popularized in the field of low precision machining. However, the problem of wire breaking is always unavoidable because of the influence of machining principle, and because of the lack of effective wire-piercing mechanism, the machine can only be fed manually, which greatly affects the machining accuracy of parts and the machining efficiency of machine tools. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the automatic wire piercing device of reciprocating wire-cutting machine tool, which can not only improve the qualified rate of parts processing, but also bring direct economic benefits. By analyzing the reasons of machine tool wire breakage and the process of manual thread piercing, this paper summarizes the problems that need to be solved to realize machine tool automatic wire piercing. The rapid wire feeding device designed by the same research group in radium health has solved the problems of automatic wire removal, fast clamping and fast fixing of electrode wire. On the basis of it, a wire guiding device and a drawing wire device have been designed to further improve the automation of machine tool wire piercing. This paper provides a reference for the realization of fully automatic wire piercing. The main contents of this paper are summarized as follows: (1) the wire drawing device is designed, through which the electrode wire arranged on the storage tube can be guided to the traction device on the wire arm to realize the transition of the electrode wire from the storage tube to the upper wire arm; (2) the wire drawing device is designed. Through this device, the electrode wire can be drawn through the two guide wheels of the upper wire arm accurately; (3) the reasonable electromechanical control scheme is designed, the controller is selected and the control program is written. The device can automatically run and complete the removal of wire, wire cloth and wire leading when the machine tool breaks the wire. The action of drawing wire and fixing wire makes each module work in order and work together. (4) experiment research on thread piercing device, after processing the equipment of thread piercing device, the experiment of wire piercing is carried out on the machine tool, and compared with manual wire feeding, It mainly compares the time of wire penetration and the surface quality of the workpiece.
