枝晶形貌對(duì)690合金熱變形行為的影響

【摘要】:研究了鑄態(tài)690合金在不同初始組織條件下(細(xì)柱狀晶、粗柱狀晶和等軸枝晶)的熱壓縮流變曲線和變形組織,并對(duì)變形后樣品的微取向進(jìn)行了分析,結(jié)果表明:在鑄態(tài)條件下,690合金的高溫流變抗力隨著變形溫度降低、應(yīng)變速率升高和變形量增大而升高,在50%的壓縮量下,高溫(1200℃)和高速(1 s~(-1))有利于動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶的發(fā)生。當(dāng)壓縮方向垂直于柱狀晶方向時(shí),二次枝晶滑動(dòng)作為一種變形機(jī)制,導(dǎo)致應(yīng)變速率敏感因子增大,此時(shí)細(xì)柱狀晶樣品變形抗力最小,再結(jié)晶比例最低,而初始組織為粗柱狀晶和等軸枝晶的樣品分別具有最大的變形抗力和最有利的動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶條件。
