熱處理對TC4-DT鈦合金拉伸變形后組織的影響

【摘要】:研究了雙重退火熱處理對經(jīng)不同的拉伸條件變形后的TC4-DT鈦合金組織的影響。結(jié)果表明:雙重退火后得到的組織與拉伸變形條件和第一重退火溫度有關(guān)。當(dāng)經(jīng)最佳的應(yīng)變速率5.6×10-4s-1和變形溫度920~980℃變形后,隨第一次退火溫度升高,顯微組織中次生α相析出量增加;在980℃變形后,經(jīng)過雙重退火后的合金組織可以得到編織緊密的網(wǎng)籃組織,且第一重退火溫度在β單相區(qū)時得到的網(wǎng)籃組織的針狀α相更加細長。當(dāng)經(jīng)最佳的變形溫度940℃和不同的應(yīng)變速率5.6×10-2~5.6×10-4s-1變形后,經(jīng)過930℃/1 h AC+540℃/4 h AC雙重退火的組織可以得到雙態(tài)組織,而經(jīng)過980℃/1 h AC+540℃/4 h AC雙重退火的組織為魏氏組織。
