退火溫度對(duì)高強(qiáng)IF鋼再結(jié)晶織構(gòu)及磷,硼晶界偏聚的影響

【摘要】:借助電子背散射衍射(EBSD)技術(shù)與俄歇電子能譜儀(AES)分析了不同溫度退火的含磷高強(qiáng)IF鋼的再結(jié)晶織構(gòu)、晶界特征與晶界處P、B偏聚量。結(jié)果表明:隨著退火溫度由750℃升高到840℃,IF鋼的{111}面織構(gòu)強(qiáng)度先增加后降低。在810℃退火120 s得到最強(qiáng)的{111}面織構(gòu),體積百分含量大約為75%,織構(gòu)的主要組分是{111}112與{111}110。810℃退火時(shí)樣品晶界處P、B偏聚量最少,重合位置點(diǎn)陣(CSL)晶界與小角度晶界含量較高。合理控制高強(qiáng)IF鋼在再結(jié)晶退火溫度,有利于降低P晶界偏聚量并獲得強(qiáng)度較高的{111}面織構(gòu)。
