【摘要】：針對(duì)規(guī)格為φ139.70 mm鉆桿焊縫區(qū)進(jìn)行橫向側(cè)彎試驗(yàn)過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)試樣斷裂情況,通過(guò)對(duì)斷口掃描電鏡分析、焊縫區(qū)金相檢測(cè),結(jié)合焊縫區(qū)的拉伸試驗(yàn)、洛氏硬度和沖擊試驗(yàn)等分析檢測(cè)手段,查找分析了產(chǎn)生不合格情況的原因。結(jié)果表明:因鉆桿接頭和管體端面殘留油污,致使鉆桿摩擦焊生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中在焊縫生成大量夾雜物,影響鉆桿焊縫區(qū)力學(xué)性能,導(dǎo)致橫向側(cè)彎試驗(yàn)不合格。
[Abstract]:In view of the fracture of the specimen during lateral bending test in the weld zone of 蠁 139.70 mm drill pipe, the fracture was analyzed by SEM, metallographic examination of the weld zone and tensile test of the weld zone. Rockwell hardness and impact test and other means of analysis and analysis of the causes of nonconformities. The results show that a large amount of inclusions are formed in the weld during the production process of the drill pipe friction welding due to the residual oil pollution on the drill pipe joint and the end surface of the pipe, which affects the mechanical properties of the weld zone of the drill pipe and results in the failure of lateral bending test.
